Automated vehicles at some level of automation are becoming a regular part of our roads. However, many questions about cyber security and possible legal consequences are still not fully answered.
Our colleagues Dr. Pavol Helebrandt, dealing with the issue of cyber security and Dr. Marek Galinski, dealing with the issue of automated vehicles, together with his colleagues from the Faculty of Law of the Comenius University in Bratislava, published a monograph that deals with this issue.
The monograph, which is atypical in that it connects legal aspects with technical aspects, was created by a team of six authors under the guidance of doc. Jozef Andraško from FLaw CU. The creation of the monograph was supported by a project within the APVV, and that is also why we are happy to be able to offer this publication in an electronic version to the general public free of charge. The monograph was published by the international publishing house Wolters Kluwer.
